What kind of media institution might distribute your magazine and why?

My magazine 'GRMY' is a english grime music magazine. It features special events, interviews with famous grime rappers in the UK, top 10 lists of english rap and others which are included in my magazines contents page. The media institution which I think is best to distribute my magazine is 'SpinMedia'. SpinMedia is an American digital publisher which owns a number of pop culture websites, including Spin, Buzzner, Idolator, Stereogum, Vibe and The frisky. I would wants this company to distribute my music magazine because it acquires entertainment, lifestyle website, interviews with artists and other features which may contribute to the features my magazine will contain. SpinMedia has had a great influence on me and magazine.

Double Page Spread steps

Step 1: I decided to pick a image i have taken which best suits the DPS and then i inserted the image into photoshop.

Step 2: I then cropped the background of the image, i had to be very careful not to go over any lines and therefore i had to zoom into the image a few times which powerpoint allowed me to, then i coloured the background white so that the image would stand out.

Step 3: After that i saved the image and then placed it into powerpoint. This is where i then made the DPS and came up with the questions and title for the interview with C-BIZ.

FINAL MAGAZINE COVER

Firstly, the colour for my magazine cover that i have come up with is from a UK grime magazine 'RWD' (Rewind creative Media). The colours are an example of what i want and really shows that the magazine is going to be about grime music in the UK. I will include a picture of the 'RWD' magazine below, to show where i got my colour inspiration from for my front cover. The picture is a front cover of a professional grime magazine and it has a medium shot of a grime artist, Skepta.
The image of the artist is looking directly at the camera, this makes the audience feel part of the magazine and i have to decided to follow these features and make them part of my cover. So i got the male in my magazine cover to face the camera and to get the audience mainly involved.
The colours that i have decided to use are mainly black, white, grey, a little bit of blue and red. These features can be important on making the cover stand out.
